Tai Chi Workshop


Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art based on gentle movement and stretching. In this workshop we will explore some of the benefits of Tai Chi and practice a beginner movement sequence. 

This workshop is for all people, including all men, all women, all non-binary and gender diverse folks, and 2SLGBTQ+ people.
